Thurman Thomas is being widely ridiculed by Black activists for allowing himself to be used as “a front” for Gilbane. Activists says that his behavior has allowed “the wealthy white elite” to exclude Buffalo’s African American community from the only Buffalo Billion initiative that was intended to help minorities.
