Trudeau removed Jane Philpott from cabinet at the same time he removed Wilson-Raybould. Though he cited the former Justice Minister’s recording of the Clerk of the Privy Council, Philpott did not. She was removed from the Liberal caucus simply for the offense of resigning her cabinet position.
