Jordan Levy, a partner at Softbank Capital, recruited Seneca Holdings founding CEO David Kimelberg, who had worked at Softbank’s Boston office as a staff attorney. Levy was the venture capitalist who unwittingly laundered former Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver’s ill-gotten gains.
