Justin Trudeau with Scott Brison and his husband, Maxime Saint-Pierre. Brison was named Vice Chairman of BMO Capital Markets within weeks of resigning from the House of Commons. As Treasury Board President he was responsible for federal payments. At BMO he will have oversight responsibilities for the investment bank’s $400 million placement in the Trans Mountain Pipeline.
