New York State Supreme Court Justice Catherine Nugent Panepinto is a political animal. She formerly served on the Buffalo Board of Education and was very closely allied with Phil Rumore, the president of the teachers’ union. Now, Rumore and Mike Deely (NYSUT) are planning to deliver hundreds of thousands of dollars to her husband, Marc Panepinto, who is running for State Senate.
